The program also helps deprived youths regardless of their age and status, as we believe that education is an important cornerstone in the person’s life and trust that the Lord will grow what was planted and watered.
The After School program plays a crucial role in Spread Life's comprehensive Education

their homework, foster effective study habits, and address any learning challenges they may
encounter. The program utilizes a personalized approach, employing a one-to-one
differentiated
teaching method tailored to the individual needs of each student.
To ensure the highest quality of instruction, teachers involved in the After School program
participate in bimonthly workshops and training sessions. These professional development
opportunities serve to enhance their teaching skills, expose them to new methodologies, and
encourage reflection on their instructional practices. By staying abreast of the latest
educational strategies, the teachers are better equipped to meet the diverse needs of their
students.
Regular evaluations are conducted at the end of each term, both for the program as a whole
